Current Sensor ICs
400kHz High-Accuracy Current Sensor with Pin-Selectable Gains
ACS37002
Markets Served
The ACS37002 family of Hall-effect current sensor ICs delivers 400 kHz bandwidth, pin-selectable gains, and fast, adjustable overcurrent fault protection. The MC package (0.27 mΩ) comes as LMCA, with reinforced isolation to 572 VRMS (CTI Group II) at 150°C, or KMCD, industrial only (–40°C to 125°C) with 880 VRMS reinforced isolation (CTI Group I, >600 V). The MA package (0.85 mΩ) offers 565 VRMS reinforced isolation; LA (1.0 mΩ) delivers lower noise performance at 500 VRMS.
